When you bring your new cat or kitten home, we want to ensure they are in good health. It is crucial that you have them checked by a veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival, as stated in the contract. As a precautionary measure, we recommend keeping the new cat in quarantine during this time. If the veterinarian identifies any untreatable or life-threatening illness, it is important to notify us promptly with a letter or fax from the examining veterinarian. Rest assured, if such a situation arises, we will replace the cat or kitten upon its return. In the event that an immediate replacement is unavailable, we will prioritize you on the waiting list or provide a full refund for the kitten. Please note that transportation costs for the replacement kitten will be the buyer's responsibility. To ensure the well-being of your new addition, we recommend having them tested for any parasites during their first vet check and before introducing them to other pets in your home. While we do worm the kittens before they leave, it is still possible for them to acquire worms, as it is a common occurrence. Taking these precautions will help guarantee a healthy and happy start for your new furry family member.
