We've had our trusted veterinarian give them a thorough check-up before they leave our care. We recommend that you schedule a visit with your own veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your new furry family member. It's always a good idea to have a second set of eyes on them, just to make sure everything is A-OK. And hey, if any serious issues pop up during that time, don't you worry! We've got your back. Simply return the pup to us, and we'll gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Now, we take our breeding responsibilities seriously. We've screened the parents to make sure they're free from any hereditary problems that are common in their breed. We're talking about things like hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, deafness, cardiac abnormalities, thyroid abnormalities, and eye sight abnormalities. But hey, we gotta be real with you. Some of these conditions are a bit tricky since they're influenced by multiple genetic factors or the dog's overall health and weight. Given the complexity, we can't guarantee against these specific issues. But hey, we've got your back in the long run too! If your pup develops a condition that seriously affects their ability to be a loving companion due to pain, illness, or other reasons, we're here to help. We'll replace your dog with a puppy or young adult as soon as one becomes available, based on what works best for you. And don't worry, we won't ask you to give up your affected dog for the replacement. We believe in making things right and ensuring you have a happy and healthy furry friend by your side.
