The buyer is given a period of 72 hours, starting from the date of ownership, to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian if they desire. If an issue arises that cannot be resolved, the buyer may choose to return the puppy to us, at their own cost, on the day following the veterinary examination. In such a case, a statement from the veterinarian confirming the problem should accompany the returned puppy. We also offer extended 10-year health guarantee if you continue our recommended nutritional program for your puppy's entire life.
