If a puppy contracts a life-threatening infectious disease like parvo within the incubation period after leaving Birt kennel, and it can be reasonably traced back to our kennel, we will offer a replacement puppy of comparable value and of the buyer's choice as soon as one becomes available. We strongly advise the buyer to have their puppy examined by a vet within 48 hours, including a fecal test for intestinal parasites. To ensure the replacement guarantee is valid, the seller must receive the vet report.
